Leaders Who Attract and Retain Top Talent
Managers have a tremendous impact on employee satisfaction and retention. In a recent survey, 30 percent of respondents said that they would stay at their current position if they reported to a new manager. That is a high percentage for any type of organization. In part one of this three-part series, we examine leadership skills as they relate to attracting and retaining top talent.
